Baker Boys Plumbing & Gas (ABN 61 130 247 477) is a plumbing and gas business on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and when you contact us, and how we use it.

This website has no forms and no accounts. We only receive your personal details if you choose to phone or email us, for example your name, phone number, email, address and a description of the job.

We use those details to respond to you, quote, book and complete the work, invoice you, and meet our legal obligations, such as compliance certificates for gas and backflow work. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

This website uses Google services that set cookies in your browser:

• Google Analytics shows us how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, the type of device used, and roughly where visits come from. It does not tell us who you are.
• Google Ads tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads taps our phone number, so we can tell whether our advertising is working. Google may also use cookies to show our ads to people who have visited the site before.

We use a private tool called “Baker Boys Reporting” that signs in with our own Google account to read our Google Ads and Google Analytics reports. It has read-only access and only sees our own business accounts. It never accesses data belonging to customers or other Google users, and the data isn't shared, sold or used for anything other than running our own advertising.

We keep customer records only as long as we need them for the job, warranties and our legal and tax obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect them from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
